FITNESS DIARY DAY 1 ( 2/8/13)
Breakfast : A bowl of porridge with 2 raspberries and honey. A mug of Coffee ( Which I know I shouldn’t have had but I didn’t wake up till 2pm and felt drained)
Dinner : Prawn fish cake with cous cous and a wedge of leomon.
Snacks : 4 squares of chocolate and a small cupcake ( punished myself for that though for every bad snack I have I make myself do some pushups/situps)
30 day shred level 2
Squat Challenge with weights : on 25 at the mo 25 more to go.
Before sleep exercises ( 20 second plank, 10 sit ups, 5 push ups) : Not done yet :)
Additional comments : Oblique Planks hurt like fuck.
